1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may experience slight delays. In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

KiddieZoom offers free shipping on all orders to currently supported destinations.
No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
5. Carriers and Logistics
To ensure efficient and reliable delivery, we work with international logistics partners and suppliers integrated through global marketplaces, including suppliers connected to AliExpress.
The courier used may vary depending on product availability and destination.
6. Shipping Destinations
Currently, KiddieZoom ships exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK).
We may expand shipping to other countries in the future.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
8. Delivery Issues, Loss or Damage
KiddieZoom is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact the courier directly to initiate a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged items.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel:
Contact the courier immediately to open an investigation.
