At KiddieZoom, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a simple returns process in accordance with the terms outlined below.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@kiddiezoom.co.uk.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as KiddieZoom cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Restocking Fees

KiddieZoom does not charge any restocking fees for returns.


Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund, informing you whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you can place a new order separately for the replacement item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Custom or made-to-order products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Sale items or gift cards
